Andrew is a data professional with over 15 years of helping organizations build their data management and analytics capabilities. He has helped over 50 organizations in their analytics journey by providing customer-centric and end to end data solutions that look at all aspects of data management and analytics such as data collection, data integration, data warehousing, analysis and visualization.
He has had multiple technical and business oriented roles in various leading organizations across Africa including Barclays Bank, Barclays Technology Center (Pune, India), Co-operative Bank of Kenya, Tata Chemicals-Magadi and Asyst Intelligence (SA). Prior to founding Bridge Analytics Ltd, Andrew was in IBM East Africa where he was responsible for building the Business Analytics Sales and Business Partner ecosystem. Andrew has recently implemented Analytics as a Service platform which has enabled over 20 small and micro-sized businesses leverage the power of data analytics that previously was not available to them. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business IT from Strathmore University as well as an advanced diploma in data and systems analysis (Distinction) from the University of Oxford-UK and a certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
